ROAD CLOSURE SUMMARY

Race Start Time: 7:30 am at Andrews Street Bridge
These closings will only stay closed until the final runner has passed. At that point they will begin to reopen.
City of Rochester:
Andrews Street (from State St.)
Front Street
N. Water Street (from Andrews)
Carthage Alley
St. Paul Street (from Andrews)
Bittner St.
N. Clinton Ave (from Andrews)
Bristol St.
Evan St.
Liberty Pole Way
Franklin St.

East Main near East Ave.
East Ave – Between East Main St. and Winton Rd. will be completely closed.
S. Winton
Highland Ave. from Monroe to S. Clinton
Cobbs Hill Drive
San Gabriel Drive
S. Plymouth – From Exchange to Brown St.
N. Plymouth – Closed South of Jay St.
Verona – Closed between Brown St. and Morrie Silver
Morrie Silver Way – Closed
Ford St. Bridge – Open westbound only.
Exchange Blvd. – Open northbound only.
Brighton & surrounding suburbs:
East Ave – One westbound lane closed, traffic at intersections will be held as needed for runners. Westbound traffic on Rt. 441 @ 490 will be sent to Rt. 490.
Rt. 31F from Pittsford to Perinton Park – There will be a lane closure for the northern most lane of traffic. The runners will be running against the road traffic (eastbound) on this portion of the course.
Penfield Road @ East Ave – No turns from East Ave. onto Penfield Road eastbound. No westbound traffic on Penfield Rd. can enter East Ave.
Highland Ave between Monroe and Clinton Ave. – Closed to all traffic.
So. Clinton Ave. between Highland and Elmwood Ave. – Closed to all traffic.
Clinton Ave between Elmwood and Westfall – Lane closure southbound, lane shift for southbound in the area of Tops /Loehmann’s Plaza, traffic at intersections will be held as needed for runners.
Westfall Road between Clinton Ave and Saw Grass Drive – Closed to all traffic.
Rt. 441 – No through traffic or turns on Rt. 441 eastbound from East Ave or Elmwood Ave. All westbound traffic detoured at the 490 bridge onto expressways.
Golfside Parkway – No turns onto road from East Ave.
Edgewood Ave at the Canal (area of JCC) – Traffic held as needed for runners.
Clover Street – All traffic on Clover St. at East Ave coming from Greenway Road detoured back to So. Landing Road (Northbound: Clover St. South of East Ave. remains open).
*Traffic can avoid the race for most areas by using the expressway. Traffic coming west on Rt. 441 can go Rt. 490 W to
Rt. 590 S and exit at Elmwood to get back to open parts of East Ave. Anyone coming from the East trying to get to
Penfield/Perinton should use the expressway and go to 490 E and exit at Rt. 441, East Rochester or Rt. 31. There are
easy options around the road closures for Highland and S. Clinton. Add extra time to all commutes.
