The Park Avenue Revitalization Committee (PARC) meets Tuesday, February 15 at 6:30p.m. in the boardroom (ground floor) of Kirkhaven Nursing Home, 254 Alexander St.
All Park Avenue neighborhood residents can attend.

About PARC:
This group was founded in 1994 and is made up of Park Avenue Neighborhood Coalition residents and any interested member of the Park Avenue Merchants’ Association (PAMA). All Park Ave residents are welcomed. Meeting agendas include neighborhood issues such as crime issues and prevention, new building in the area, specific problems with a property or properties on a specific street. PARC enjoys a close relationship with Rochester Police Department, as well as the City of Rochester’s Neighborhood Service Center (formerly NET Office). A primary focus of this group is to oversee the operation of the Park Ave Art Festival and work with The Springut Group (the Festival organizer and promoter).
